The Silver Dragon Low Profile Mini Cable V1 for Mobile Devices is used for connecting any 3.5mm source to any 3.5mm portable amplifier. This is the perfect cable for when flexibility and great sound are a must. At 4 inches long, it's got two low-profile, gold-plated, high-quality right-angled 1/8" stereo mini plugs to provide a more complete attachment between gear. It easily fits through most phone and iPad protective cases.
Silver conductors will provide lots of clarity and detail while tightening up the low end and expanding the soundstage. Great for people who enjoy critical listening, the Silver Dragon will pull out "lost" middle and high frequencies so you don't miss anything in your favorite music. Compatible with all genres, the Silver Dragon pairs especially well with classical, jazz, and other music with lots of nuance and instrumentation.

Silver Dragon Sound Signature
The Silver Dragon is our top-of-the-line flagship cable designed to maximize the amount of detail, clarity, air, and instrument separation you get from your music. Silver strands increase the soundstage, clarify instrument separation, and find previously lost high and mid-frequency sounds. Transients appear more cohesive, and the bass is tighter for a more controlled sound.
The Silver Dragon pairs well with all genres, especially Classical, Jazz, Americana, and other music with lots of nuance and instrumentation. That being said, the Silver Dragon can be paired with many other genres as well. If you are a self-proclaimed "detail freak" who loves critical listening, the Silver Dragon will be your cable of choice. It will open up the top-end and add an extra layer of air or resolution. It will tighten up and control the bass. It will add energy and excitement to the performance.
Cable Design
This cable is a coaxial design utilizing a 99.99998% UP-OCC stranded silver 26AWG center conductor for the positive leg. The center conductor uses the same Kevlar reinforcing as the other Dragon cables. The center conductor is wrapped concentrically by a 99.99998% UP-OCC silver-plated single crystallized UP-OCC pure copper stranded 26AWG gauge conductor with 7N purity 99.99998%. The left and right signal cables run parallel to each other, resulting in a very low inductance. Both signal jackets are polyethylene, and the cable is extremely flexible yet very resilient and resistant to flex failure.
This cable can be used with a variety of different connectors, both balanced and unbalanced, such as a 3.5mm TRS Mini plug, 2.5mm TRRS Balanced Plug, or 4.4mm TRRRS Balanced Plug. As always, we custom-build this cable in-house using high-quality Cardas silver solder.
What is UP-OCC?
UP-OCC stands for Ultra Pure Ohno Continuous Casting (OCC). This is not a material but a way of extruding silver and copper to prevent any impurities and fractures in the crystalline structure of the wire. The wire is drawn very slowly to cast as an almost perfect single-crystal small-diameter conductor. The resulting purity and the size of the cast wire make a tremendous difference, and there is less damage to the near-perfect cast state. We find that this UP-OCC process produces a very clean and close to neutral sound in our copper-based and silver-based cables.

I use the Silver Dragon Low Profile Mini Cable V1 to connect my Astell & Kern SR25 and Fiio Q5S-C amp. and the detail and sound stage are definitely improved over the standard cable I had been using.
