Bronze Dragon Network Cable
Are you a music streaming enthusiast who simply won't compromise when it comes to data transmission? Swap your computer shop cable for a Bronze Dragon Network Cable. The Bronze Dragon mirrors the build quality of the Silver Dragon Network Cable, but with UP-OCC copper conductors instead of silver. The result is a clear and dynamic sound that is on the smoother side. Your music will sound more engaging and alive, with lower distortion and superior noise isolation.
Meeting Network Needs
More and more high-end audio components are moving toward Ethernet environments. Companies like Aurender and Bryston make bit-perfect, dedicated music players for high-resolution digital audio files. They provide the highest-quality audio performance and pull high-resolution audio files (up to PCM 384kHz / 32 bit and DSD128) from digital storage devices without compromise.
PS Audio offers a Network Bridge in both its Direct Stream DAC and Direct Stream Junior DAC. These utilize Ethernet connections for data transfer from your NAS (network attached storage) or music server. DACs from manufacturers like North Star Design DAC are now offering Ethernet I²S digital connections with RJ45 connectors.
To meet this demand, Moon Audio offers Dragon Network Cables made of the highest-quality parts. These are nothing like the $10 Ethernet cables from your local computer shop, and they are going to give you a welcome boost in sound quality and noise reduction.
Bronze Dragon Sound Signature
The Bronze Dragon is dynamic, detailed, and musical. It leans on the warm side of neutral, but is anything but dry-sounding. The Bronze Dragon makes a bold statement with a clear presentation and authority.
The smooth, musical quality of the Bronze Dragon makes it a perfect fit for headphones that tend to sound a bit edgy or bright. Despite its warmth, the Bronze Dragon does not have a laid-back, lush sound and is much closer to neutral, making it a very natural-sounding cable. As a flexible-sounding cable, it can match the sonic characteristics of your sound system.
Cable Design
The Bronze Dragon Network cable utilizes eight solid core 99.999% pure copper 26AWG Teflon-insulated conductors. Cable shielding is required to improve the cable's performance in high electromagnetic environments. The braided design of the cable's conductors along with the 100 percent braided shield help to protect and ward off outside interference. The cable is terminated with the best available RJ45 connectors, the Telegartner MFP8 T568B RJ-45. These are precision made, ultra-high-bandwidth shielded connectors.
Quality You Can Trust
Most stock cables are made of poor, ultra-thin conductors with poor geometries, rubber jackets, and other issues that can limit the performance of your equipment.
Dragon Cables are handcrafted from quality materials in Moon Audio's headquarters in Cary, North Carolina. All of our cables are created with ultra pure, single-crystal silver and copper strands and engineered to provide the cleanest, most musical presentation. Our wire is void of impurities and crystalline boundaries, leaving nothing between you and your music.
