Quality You Can Trust
Most stock audio cables are made of poor, ultra-thin conductors that work as a bottleneck for sound. Poor geometries, no shielding, rubber jackets, and a whole host of other issues in OEM cables can limit the performance of the headphone driver in terms of clarity and definition.
Dragon Cables are handcrafted from quality materials in Moon Audio's headquarters in Cary, North Carolina. All of our cables are created with ultra-pure, single-crystal silver and copper strands and engineered to provide the cleanest, most musical presentation. Our wire is void of impurities and crystalline boundaries, leaving nothing between you and your music.
Silver Dragon Sound Signature
The Silver Dragon is our top-of-the-line flagship cable designed to maximize the amount of detail, clarity, air, and instrument separation you get from your music. Silver strands increase the soundstage, clarify instrument separation, and find previously lost high and mid-frequency sounds. Transients appear more cohesive, and the bass is tighter for a more controlled sound.
The Silver Dragon pairs well with all genres, especially Classical, Jazz, Americana, and other music with lots of nuance and instrumentation. That being said, the Silver Dragon can be paired with many other genres as well. If you are a self-proclaimed "detail freak" who loves critical listening, the Silver Dragon will be your cable of choice. It will open up the top-end and add an extra layer of air or resolution. It will tighten up and control the bass. It will add energy and excitement to the performance.

WBT Locking RCA Design
Moon Audio is using one of the best connectors made, the Cardas GRMO connector, as the base connector for the Black Dragon Interconnect. The copper-based WBT Nextgen RCAs provide the cleanest, most neutral-sounding approach, but if you desire to add a little high-frequency extension, choose the silver-based WBT Nextgen RCAs. Please contact us for this custom option.
The Cardas GRMO RCA connector is made of non-magnetic, eutectic Brass, Rhodium over Silver plate, with a gold-plated Brass cover.
The patented WBT locking mechanism provides maximum contact pressure and prevents accidental disconnection of your cables. Attempts to improperly disconnect the connector may result in equipment damage. Follow the instructions below to ensure proper use and care.
Step 1:
Hold the cable by the base of the connector and loosen the barrel of the male connector by turning it clockwise.
Step 2:
Insert the cable connector into the RCA socket of your device.
Step 3:
Hold the cable by the base of the connector and tighten the barrel by turning it counter-clockwise.

I've been upgrading my cables over the past year and the phono cables were the last step. I had acquired a Silver Dragon headphone cable some time back and have been very pleased with it. I knew within the first minute I test drove these cables it was money well spent: a noticeably tighter bass, and a nice step up in clarity, sans burn in time. My first reaction was wow - I should have gotten these a long time ago.

I wanted to try to upgrade my stock turntable cable to a better quality one, but I did not know which one to get to achieve the desired tonal results for my particular cartridge. I called and a knowledgeable salesman helped me choose between the Silver Dragon and a Cardas one of the same price (but very different sounding) cables. He suggested the Moon Audio pure silver cable with the Cardas DIN plug on one end and gold WBT RCA's on the other. With a bit of burn-in, the results are just what I wanted. The cable itself was very professionally assembled. Nicely done!
