I wanted a black case and this fits perfectly. Kick stand is a nice feature that has been useful more than a few times.

This A&K case for the SP4000 is a very nice upgrade, as it keeps the all-black aesthetic of the SP4K, allows it to stand up (the SP4K can have a difficult time picking up WiFi when laid flat), and feels very well-made in the hand. The case that comes with the SP4000 is nice, but it's a different color than the device and does not feature a kickstand. Highly like, recommend a lot.
