What is the difference between the Premium and Standard Dragon Cable? Our Premium Cable offers the same quality construction as the standard line, featuring GUP-OCC 99.99998% pure conductors and matching cable designs with a few upgrades. Cardas Silver Solder is replaced with Mundorf MSolder SUPREME SilverGold mix at every connection point, and premium Furutech Rhodium connectors are included to enhance the look, feel, and listening pleasure of all your hi-fi music sessions. The WBT and Furutech Top Line connectors are, quite simply, the best made, and every point of signal saturation makes a noticeable difference.

Quality You Can Trust
Most stock audio cables are made of poor, ultra-thin conductors that work as a bottleneck for sound. Poor geometries, no shielding, rubber jackets, and a whole host of other issues in OEM cables can limit the performance of the headphone driver in terms of clarity and definition.
Dragon Cables are handcrafted from quality materials in Moon Audio's headquarters in Cary, North Carolina. We recommend a 100-hour break-in time, as silver takes longer to break in, but straight out of the box you will be amazed. Our award-winning Dragon Audio Cable designs come highly recommended.
DIN to RCA
Featuring high-quality Cardas 5-pin DIN connectors on one end and RCA connectors on the other, the Silver Dragon Premium Phono Cable is the ideal solution for connecting turntables equipped with DIN plugs to Phono Preamplifiers or other audio devices with RCA inputs.
The Silver Dragon Premium Phono Cable uses 4 x 99.99998% UP-OCC Stranded Silver 24AWG Teflon insulated stranded conductors with a dual layer shield to make sure your Phono Preamplifier picks up no outside interference. A Silver Plated Copper 26AWG drain wire is utilized for grounding your turntable. No need for adaptors, converters, or splitters with this high-quality custom-made DIN to RCA phono cable.
DIN to XLR
Featuring high-quality Cardas 5-pin DIN connectors on one end and XLR connectors on the other, the Silver Dragon Premium Phono Cable is the ideal solution for connecting turntables equipped with DIN plugs to balanced Phono Preamplifiers and other audio gear with XLR inputs.
The Silver Dragon Premium Phono Cable uses 4 x 99.99998% UP-OCC Stranded Silver 24AWG Teflon insulated stranded conductors with a dual layer shield to make sure your Phono Preamplifier picks up no outside interference. A Silver Plated Copper 26AWG drain wire is utilized for grounding your turntable.
The UP-OCC Stranded Silver 24AWG Teflon insulated stranded conductors are soldered to the the connector option of your choice with Mundorf Msolder SUPREME SilverGold, the same solder used in our Premium Dragon Audio Cables. The design offers a ton of detail and resolution without giving up any of the musicality your vinyl will produce.
RCA to RCA
Featuring high-quality Cardas or WBT RCA connectors on each end, the Silver Dragon Premium Phono Cable is the ideal solution for connecting turntables equipped with RCA connectors to a Phono Preamplifier and other audio gear with RCA inputs.
The Silver Dragon Premium Phono Cable uses 4 x 99.99998% UP-OCC Stranded Silver 24AWG Teflon insulated stranded conductors with a dual layer shield to make sure your Phono Preamplifier picks up no outside interference. A Silver Plated Copper 26AWG drain wire is utilized for grounding your turntable.

WBT Locking RCA Design
Moon Audio is using one of the best connectors made, the Cardas GRMO connector, as the base connector for the Black Dragon Interconnect. The copper-based WBT Nextgen RCAs provide the cleanest, most neutral-sounding approach, but if you desire to add a little high-frequency extension, choose the silver-based WBT Nextgen RCAs. Please contact us for this custom option.
The Cardas GRMO RCA connector is made of non-magnetic, eutectic Brass, Rhodium over Silver plate, with a gold-plated Brass cover.
The patented WBT locking mechanism provides maximum contact pressure and prevents accidental disconnection of your cables. Attempts to improperly disconnect the connector may result in equipment damage. Follow the instructions below to ensure proper use and care.
Step 1:
Hold the cable by the base of the connector and loosen the barrel of the male connector by turning it clockwise.
Step 2:
Insert the cable connector into the RCA socket of your device.
Step 3:
Hold the cable by the base of the connector and tighten the barrel by turning it counter-clockwise.
