the iFi Gryphon is really good. Once I got it's Windows 10 64-bit USB driver installed it's been running like a champ. It totally cleaned up the audio tracks for online Post Graduate Courses I'm taking. Before one of the Professor's audio was so bad I could only make out every 3 or 4th word! With the Gryphon in place, the voice is solid, very intelligible and pleasant sounding. So now I'm putting USB DACs on all my laptops and Workstations to cleanup the audio out from the 3.5mm headphone jacks.
