The HA-300 MK3 continues the series' classic single-ended pure Class A tube amplifier design, combining premium tubes with a newly upgraded circuit to achieve an exceptional balance of musicality and technical performance.
JJ GZ34/5AR4 Rectifier Tubes
The HA-300 MK3 employs two JJ GZ34/5AR4 rectifier tubes and an upgraded tube rectification circuit, delivering improved rectification efficiency while preserving the distinctive appeal of tube-based power supply design. It is also compatible with a selection of equivalent rectifier tubes, allowing users to tailor the amplifier's sonic presentation through tube rolling and enjoy a more personalized listening experience.
Please note that the HA-300 MK2 and HA-300 MK3 feature different power supply designs and are not compatible as standard. Customers who wish to order an HA-300 MK3 power supply for use with an HA-300 MK2 must place a customized order through Cayin.

Built around a new third-generation upgraded circuit, the amplifier retains the unique charm of Cayin's classic single-ended tube topology while enhancing signal transmission efficiency and anti-interference performance.
The voltage amplification stage incorporates a low-noise regulated circuit with independent staged power delivery, preserving the integrity of the original audio signal and reproducing music with greater precision and realism.
In addition, the HA-300 MK3 has been specially optimized for IEM compatibility, making it suitable for a much wider range of headphones than before.
JJ 6SN7 Voltage Amplification Tubes
The JJ 6SN7 tubes provide low noise and high resolution, enabling accurate voltage gain and excellent detail retrieval while laying a clean foundation for the subsequent amplification stages.
Genalex Gold Lion PX300B Power Tubes
The HA-300 MK3 uses Genalex Gold Lion PX300B tubes in a Single-ended pure Class A output stage. Known for their warm, natural, and richly textured character, these tubes deliver:
