My experience with Moon Audio redefines customer service.I cannot begin to explain how absolutely phenomenal they were. I wish I could remember the technician's name. He was on the phone with me for about 45 minutes solving a very difficult cabling request. He consulted his supervisor, and they came up with the one and only solution available to me. Additionally, they only had enough components in stock to build out one headphone cable! Talk about lucky! The product arrive quickly and I immediately did a comparison test with the OEM cable and the Moon Audio cable. WOW!
