Orders ship Monday through Friday from our offices in Cary, North Carolina.

Stock products typically ship within 1 business day. Special orders, custom audio cables, and headphone modifications require an additional 5 business days to process and fulfill.

As a small, family-owned business we appreciate your patience. We handcraft our cables with extreme attention to detail with the highest-quality products available. This careful precision and skilled craftsmanship take a little extra time.

Ground shipping via FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS) is free for domestic orders over $49. This is automatically assigned and confirmed in checkout for shipments within the United States.

Domestic orders over $499 qualify for free 2-Day shipping.

Shipping prices, delivery times, and import duties vary by country. 

International shipments may be subject to tariffs, duties, value added taxes (VAT) and other customs fees. FedEx assigns appropriate customs and other fees. Country fees are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. International customers should contact their local customs office for details on how customs are assessed and collected.

Packages refused by customers due to customs duties, taxes, or other fees are defined as "abandoned" in the destination country by the courier and are not eligible for refunds.
