Describe Your Current Gear

My speaker system is lovely, Ascend Sierra speakers with a RAAL tweeter, connected to a parasound halo 2.1 integrated with the Rythmik L12 subwoofer and speakers hi/low crossed at 80hz and perfectly tuned. Fed from either my Windows PC and Metrum Pavane Level 3 R2R DAC or my pro-ject debut carbon esprit Vinyl record player.

Musical Moment

Seeing my first live jam band set at a music festival, where they crafted this epic 3 hour journey of music that blew my mind.

Favorite Bands

Emancipator. Amazingly complex downtempo music, some of my first exploration into more complex musical pieces. Kanye West. Singlehandedly changed the face of hip-hop and continues to innovate in new sounds STS9. A good live jam band show is something that must be experienced

Hi-Fi Intro

Crazy Eddie in the 70's.

(Staff note: We can relate and actually visited Crazy Eddie once and there was never a more chaotic "crazy" store)

Audio Passion in One Sentence

All about the music, still happy if I only have my $30 apple ear buds on me.
