DH Labs is proud to offer the Silver Sonic Q-10 Signature Speaker Cable. The Q-10 Signature is an evolution of the award winning Q-10. The addition of our new Continuous Crystal™ copper (with an oxygen content of only 7 parts per million) makes the Q-10 Signature even better than its predecessor. An attractive braided jacket enhances the appearance.
This cable features a unique four conductor multiple gauge array, and is manufactured using advanced winding geometries, which enhance performance and transparency, by tightly controlling magnetic fields. The conductors are DH Labs' proprietary treated silver-coated Continuous Crysta™ copper. These conductors have anultra-smooth surface, to deliver the highest possible sound quality. The dielectric is pure (PTFE) Teflon in a very precise, pressurized extrusion process. The electrical and physical properties of PTFE make it an ideal dielectric material for speaker cables.
The combination of two 12 gauge and two 14 gauge conductors equates to a robust 10 gauge cable with an abundance of application flexibility. The cable can be run straight, as an internal bi-wire, or a standard (external) bi-wire. Each of these applications allows the listener to experience the impressive imaging and completely neutral tonal balance, which are a hallmark of the DH Labs cables. Exemplary background detailing, and a richer, fuller harmonic structure surround the extended bass response that one would expect from a 10-gauge cable.
