With the Special Edition we have taken an already incredible piece of equipment and pushed it to it's sonic limits. The PreAmp stage has been Direct coupled taking out the Coupling caps across the 6SN7s. This results in a wattage drop to 7 watts per channel but the result is pure Class A bliss all the way through those 7 watts.

The 300B Coupling caps have been upgraded to the Cardas Golden Capacitors. The Snubber Caps have been replaced with Audio One Paper/Oil Capacitors. The signal path wiring is all Moon Audio Black Dragon OPOCC Ohno copper wire. The Noble potentiometer has been replaced with a DACT CT-2 Attenuator. The selector switch has been replaced with a Gray Hill switch. Upgrade tubes are also an option at additional cost. Our favorite are New Old Stock Sylvania 6SN7GTB for the Preamp stage and EAT 300B tubes in the amp section. The Transformer cans are painted to match the chassis. This is a customer chosen option for desired color. Cardas Binding Posts and RCAs are used for inputs and outputs. Black Diamond Racing cones are used for vibration isolation. And finished off with an ACME Silver Plated Fuse Holder. We threw the kitchen sink at this amp:)
