Headphone Modification

Here at Moon Audio we have the ability to custom modify Headphones. Not all can be modified. Most can. If your willing to send your headphones in, we're willing to see if we can modify them. Prices will vary based on termination and length of cable and difficulty of work.

AKG K1000

Here is a picture of the famous AKG K1000. We hard wired a Blue Dragon to the Headphone and built a Cardas 1/4" adapter cable. This one was not easy. DIYers beware:)

Koss KSC-35

These are one of my favorite portables. I needed a small pair of headphones when I traveled light on airplanes. As you know the Senn can be a little bulky. So I replaced the stock cable with a Cardas headphone cable and a right angled mini jack. Works perfect with my Laptop and is just long enough to give a little slack. Who wants a 10' cable on the Airplane! I'll be more than happy to pass on instructions on how to do this one. It can be made for close to nothing. The Headphones are about $25-$35 depending on where you buy them.
